Frequently Asked Questions

Will the lake overflow?
The lake, as designed has an overflow.  When the water rises, just like during heavy rainfall, the excess water runs through our storm drainage and on to the waterways.

Where is the water coming in and how is it being recycled?
We do not recycle the water of the lake.  We pump water when the designed level of the water goes down.  We have 2 deep well pumps (520 feet and 560 feet deep) with an 8 inch wide pipe that support its water needs.  On a worse day, meaning the hottest day, so far in the existence of the lake, we pumped water for 8 hours to recover the lost water due to the extremely hot weather, this was in the month of April, years ago.

As there any restrictions as to the design of the house?
